If your Water Distiller is no longer working, you can book it in for repair with one of our service engineers.
Once you have purchased this service, you must contact us via email by clicking here and provide your order number.
We will then reply with a prepaid return label that you must print off so that you can drop your water distiller at any post office
Further instructions will be given when we reply to your email.
