WARRANTY

The Water Pure Stainless Steel Water Distiller comes with a two year parts and labour warranty to the original customer only.

If any damage is caused by the customer such as improper handling, installation, maintenance, misuse or faulty wiring, this will not be covered by the two year warranty.

All glass items such as jugs or filter nozzles are not covered under the manufacture warranty.

Warranty beyond the original expiration date of initial purchase is not extended for any replacement parts that have been issued.

For all repairs or replacements that are carried out, all shipping charges to and from the customer must be paid for by the customer without reimbursement. We can arrange a courier for you if needed combined with delivery back to you for £12 (UK only).

If you seek service in a country that is not the country of original purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges including postage to and from UK.

Where international service is available, Water Pure may repair or exchange defective products and parts with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards.

REFUNDS

All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods providing the item has not been used. Refunds can not be given for issues with "taste" which is subjective and as distilled water is very different from bottled water and tap water which can taste noticeably different even though it is 99.8% pure, please bear this in mind.

We therefore encourage all customers to contact us via Live Chat or Email before purchasing if you have any questions at all as we will be more than happy to chat to you about our Home Water Distiller System.

Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. We can send a prepaid label for the post office at a charge of £8.50 which will be deducted from your refund, or, you can use your own courier at your own cost.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

All returns and repairs for any reason must first be approved by Water Pure. To arrange a return or repair, you must first contact us via Email or Live Chat were a member of the Water Pure team will record your request and submit it for approval.

All shipping charges to and from the customer must be paid for by the customer without reimbursement. All parts and labour are covered under warranty should the fault be a clear manufacture fault.

SHIPPING LOSS / DAMAGE CLAIMS

Shipping that has resulted in damage to an item whilst in transit must be claimed for immediately upon receipt of goods, especially glass items. If the item is found to be have been damaged in transit, please contact us via Email or Live Chat to organise a replacement which will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.

If your item has been lost by the courier and does not show as delivered, we will resend your order.

Our courier partners may opt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property if you are not in when they try to deliver, at their discretion. This will complete the delivery. We do not accept responsibility for theft or loss of a parcel that has been left with a neighbour or in a safe place. In the event this happens, we would encourage you to source any available cctv and log it with your local police station by calling 111.

FAILED DELIVERY CHARGE

If your order is returned back to us as the courier was unable to deliver, you will be responsible for repaying the original delivery charge. If your original delivery charge was free, a standard charge of £4.97 will apply to have it resent. If you wish to cancel your order due to failed delivery, your refund will have the delivery cost deducted.

PAYMENT SECURITY

For your safety, we utilise industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encryption your sensitive information such as your name, address and other sensitive that you submit on the website via a form

This technology includes the following features:

  • Authentication- this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
  • Encryption- this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
  • Data Integrity- this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

For all online payments that require a debit or credit card, we use PayPal, the world's leading online payment processor. During checkout, you will be redirected securely to PayPal to complete card payment.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

ACCEPTENCE OF YOUR ORDER

Please note that the completion of the online checkout does not constitute Water Pure's acceptance of your order. Your order shall only be considered accepted once when we dispatch the product(s) that you have ordered.

We will use the email used during checkout to confirm to you we have received your order immediately after completing the checkout.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as mandatory must be completed to complete the checkout process. Please note that we do not store your debit or credit card information as all online payments go through PayPal who use an encrypted secure payment system to protect your payment information whilst making your purchase.

Payments made via BACS do not require you to send us any of your bank information. All payments made via BACS require you to include the order number as the payment reference in order for us to link the payment with you order.

If Water Pure cannot supply you with the product you ordered, we will not process your order. We will use email as the main method of communication through the order process.

AVAILABILITY

We try to keep our site up to date, however we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the specified time you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

REFER A FRIEND

To qualify for the refer a friend referral pay out the following must be true:

  • The order from the referred friend must not be in your name or shipping address
  • No other discount or promotion has been applied to their order
  • The purchase was made via our website www.waterpure.co.uk
  • The referrer must have already purchased a water distiller from Water Pure prior to the friend purchasing
  • The water distiller purchase must be for the full product with all accessories

Referral pay outs will be paid to your PayPal or Bank Account 7 days after the item has been successfully delivered to the recipient. You must contact us Email to make a withdrawal request

AFFILIATE

To qualify for an affiliate pay out the the following must be true:

  • The customer must purchase direct from the www.waterpure.co.uk website
  • The customer can not be yourself
  • We do not partner with coupon or discount code websites since customers finding us on your website will be already aware of us
  • The source of the referral (website / post) must not contain any misleading or false claims such as incorrect or invalid discounts to entice customers to click your referral link
