The filter nozzle is used to hold the carbon filter which removes VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) that have a lower boiling point to water.
Glass is thought of as the most superior material for use with distilled water therefore if you are using your water distiller for drinking, we recommend upgrading to the filter nozzle with glass insert for maximum quality.
